Privacy Policy

1. Scope and Summary

This Privacy Policy explains how OmniaChron Inc. handles information in connection with the OmniaChron mobile app and the OmniaChron website. OmniaChron is designed as a local-first time and progress tracking app. User-created tracker data is intended to remain on your device for core functionality. We do not require account creation or login, and we do not currently provide cloud sync.

2. Information You Create in the App

When you use the App, you may create and store tracker titles, dates and times, reminder settings, notes, templates, and other tracker-related configuration ("Tracker Data"). This Tracker Data is stored locally on your device for core app functionality and is not required to be transmitted to OmniaChron servers for ordinary use of the App.

3. Analytics and Device Information

The App may use Google Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics, to collect limited telemetry such as:

• App interactions and feature-usage events
• App version and operating system information
• Language settings
• App-instance or device-related identifiers used by the analytics service
• Rough regional information inferred by the analytics provider

We use this information to understand product usage, improve features, troubleshoot performance, and guide product development. We do not intentionally transmit user-created tracker titles, notes, or tracker content as analytics events.

4. Crash Diagnostics

If enabled, Firebase Crashlytics or similar crash-reporting tools may collect crash logs, diagnostics, runtime state, device/app version context, and other technical information needed to identify and fix stability issues.

5. Notifications

If you enable reminders, the App may request notification permission from your device operating system. Notification content is generated from the data you created locally in the App.

6. Import and Export

If you choose to import or export data, the App may use device file or document pickers to read or write files that you select. This access is user-initiated.

7. Website Data

If you visit the OmniaChron website, we or our service providers may process basic web request data such as server logs, IP-related information, browser/device information, and website analytics data where used. If cookie or analytics consent is legally required for certain visitors or jurisdictions, we may provide appropriate notice or consent controls.

8. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide core app functionality
• Deliver reminders you enable
• Improve app performance and features
• Understand product usage trends
• Maintain security and prevent misuse
• Comply with legal obligations
• Enforce our terms and protect rights

9. Sharing

We may share information with service providers and processors, such as Google/Firebase, that help us operate analytics or diagnostics infrastructure; with legal or regulatory authorities where required by law; and with professional advisers or counterparties where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or compliance. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense.

10. International Processing

Because service providers such as Google/Firebase may process information outside your province or country, information may be processed in other jurisdictions, including the United States. Where required by law, we rely on contractual and other safeguards intended to support lawful cross-border processing.

11. Retention

Tracker Data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the App, or reset app data, subject to device backup behavior. Analytics and diagnostics data are retained according to vendor settings and reasonable product-improvement needs. Legal and compliance records are retained as necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

12. Your Choices

You can:

• Disable notifications in your device settings
• Delete trackers inside the App
• Uninstall the App to remove local app data (subject to device backup behavior)
• Contact us regarding privacy questions

If OmniaChron later adds in-app analytics controls, those controls will supplement this section.

13. Children's Privacy

OmniaChron is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

14. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

15. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or complaint to a privacy regulator.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
